Where do I find my access code?

Your access code is printed on a label when your trip envelope is scanned. The fuel desk clerk who scans your documents gives you a label that contains the transaction number and the access code. The access code is sixteen characters (four sets of four letters and/or numbers separated by dashes).

When I enter my access code, does it matter if I use capital or lowercase letters?

No, Driver View is not case sensitive; you may enter upper or lowercase letters when entering your access code. As long as you type in the correct letters and numbers, your trip documents will be found.

Do I need any special software to view my scanned documents?

No

After my documents are scanned, how quickly can I view my documents in Driver View?

After your documents are scanned, you can view your documents immediately.

What is all that text that appears at the bottom of each of my pages in Driver View?

The bottom of each scanned page contains TripPak SCANNING information. This information includes the location where the documents were scanned, the transaction number, and the document page number.

What should I do if all of my documents don't show up in Driver View?

The label that you have shows how many documents were scanned. Please notify your driver manager about any documents that were not scanned.
